If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for store credit and exchanges on FULL PRICED merchandise ONLY purchased online at brownbowen.com within 10 days of receiving the item(s). ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us of the reason for the return/exchange. Item(s) will not be accepted without prior email authorization. There is a $10 restocking fee for all returns.
If you are exchanging an item, please note the size that you are exchanging the item(s) for. Please allow 7-10 days from the time your exchange is received to be processed and shipped.
Item(s) will be available for store credit if all item(s) have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Item(s) must be in their original condition with the tags still attached. Please note that sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please include a copy of your receipt or a note that includes your name, the order number and your contact information. Please allow 3-5 days from the time we receive your item(s) for inspection. Upon inspection, your return will be processed and store credit issued. Store credit does not include shipping and handling charges.
Brown Bowen and Company does not provide a prepaid return label. The customer is responsible for shipping. When shipping an item, we recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. Brown Bowen and Company will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
